Yeah, it is, but don't screw up, you're dealing with $ here. You could get sued really bad....consider that risk....

Yes as long as it's not directly money. One site gives out cash cards for $200 (you can cash it from visa atm) instead of actual checks.

Well u can get in trouble if you mess up but its legal I guess and you should search online for more info on it just in case

No it is not. You can not gamble in any form but you may hold tournaments or sweepstakes for money or prizes (maybe not money).
