double click my computer...i juz want to change that floopy name into my name i.e Rony...can i?

Right click, Rename, Leave the "A" like Rony (A).

Right click the icon and say rename. This works for the floppy drives and the logical disk drives.

You bet! Just double click "My Computer." Click on the floppy drive once. Wait a few seconds then click on the words "3 1/2 Floppy" once. Thy should change so that you can edit the words. Then just type in whatever you want.

you can rename the drive by going to my computer and "right click" on the floppy drive, click properties then you can rename it. if you want to rename the floppy disk you need to format it: "right click" on the icon in My Computer, you can type the new name in there. then format it.
