I have heard that the entry load is a percentage fee deducted from the amount invested before investment. So will they deduct entry load for everymonth in case of a Systematic Investment Plan.

it depends the load percentage of the fund...

It shouldnt be go more than 2.25% from the investment..including both Entry and Exit Load...

for example :
Investment = 1000.. 2.25% = 22.50 is the load.. units will be alloted for (1000-22.50 ) 977.50..

Somefunds take 2.25% in the Entry itself.. some take 2.25% in exit.. some take 1 % in entry and 1.25% in exit.. some dont even charge load, thats called No Load Fund.. some reduce the load percentage accordingly to make people get attracted towards their funds...
