Newtons second law of motion is

"LAW II: The alteration of motion is ever proportional to the motive force impressed; and is made in the direction of the right line in which that force is impressed. — If a force generates a motion, a double force will generate double the motion, a triple force triple the motion, whether that force be impressed altogether and at once, or gradually and successively. And this motion (being always directed the same way with the generating force), if the body moved before, is added to or subtracted from the former motion, according as they directly conspire with or are directly contrary to each other; or obliquely joined, when they are oblique, so as to produce a new motion compounded from the determination of both."

An example of this would be......
Take a car with a manual transmission. Accelerate as fast as you can for 30 seconds, and then drop it in to neutral. The force of that car should it impact something would be a product of the weight of the car, the cars speed and momentum based on how long it was accelerating and how fast it was accelerating.

The third law is ...

All forces occur in pairs, and these two forces are equal in magnitude and opposite in direction.

A simple example would be to take that same car. If the road exerts a forward frictional force on an accelerating car's tires, then it is also a frictional force for the tires pushing backward on the road.

Newton's second law of motion explains how an object will change velocity if it is pushed or pulled upon.
Secondly, this acceleration is directly proportional to the force. For example, if you are pushing on an object, causing it to accelerate, and then you push, say, three times harder, the acceleration will be three times greater.
Thirdly, this acceleration is inversely proportional to the mass of the object. For example, if you are pushing equally on two objects, and one of the objects has five times more mass than the other, it will accelerate at one fifth the acceleration of the other.

The third law states that for every force there is an equal and opposite force. For example, if you push on a wall, it will push back on you as hard as you are pushing on it.

Newtons 2d regulation of action is "regulation II: The alteration of action is ever proportional to the explanation rigidity inspired; and is made interior the process the the main suitable option line wherein that rigidity is inspired. — If a rigidity generates a action, a double rigidity will generate double the action, a triple rigidity triple the action, whether that rigidity be inspired altogether and right now, or gradually and successively. And this action (being consistently directed a similar way with the producing rigidity), if the physique moved till now, is added to or subtracted from the former action, in accordance as they right now conspire with or are right now opposite to one yet yet another; or obliquely joined, on a similar time as they're indirect, with the intention to furnish a sparkling action compounded from the determination of the two." An social amassing of it is often...... Take a motor vehicle with a instruction manual transmission. strengthen up as right now as you need to for 30 seconds, and then drop it in to impartial. The rigidity of that motor vehicle could it effect some element could be a created from the burden of the motor vehicle, the automobiles % and momentum in accordance to how long it grew to develop into accelerating and how quickly it grew to develop into accelerating. The third regulation is ... All forces take place in pairs, and those 2 forces are equivalent in fee and opposite in course. a standard social amassing could pick to be to take that comparable motor vehicle. If the line exerts a forward frictional rigidity on an accelerating motor vehicle's tires, then it is likewise a frictional rigidity for the tires pushing backward on the line.

Alright I just had to put this in here. Newton's third law of motion cancels out the game of tag. Because, according to that law, when you exert a force on an object, it is exerting a force on you. So therefore when you touch your friend in tag, they are, in essence, touching you back at the same time! So therefore, whoever is "it" is always "It"!
