Air Wales used to do a flight from London City airport to Cardiff, but disbanded it a few years ago. There isn't a flying option to either Cardiff or Bristol, but both journeys are possible by train from Paddington or coach from Victoria. Stansted is unfortunately at the wrong side of London for both, but it is doable - see the journey planner on http://www.tfl.gov.uk for details.

Not as far as I know - its not really a route that air would be able to compete with, as there are trains from Central London(Paddington) to Bristol every 15 minutes (running alternate to Temple Meads and Parkway) with a journey time of around 90 minutes (depending on stopping pattern) - when you add in getting to Stanstead and Check in, the train would be in Bristol before you leave the ground!

Cardiff has a train every 30 minutes and a journey time of 2 hours, again this is too short for planes to compete with

As a general rule Train is better for journeys under 3 hours, if the train takes longer then 3 hours then air becomes competitive

I don't think there is such a flight. The Bristol International Airport site does not show a Stansted destination. The Cardiff International Airport flight finder shows no flights from there to Stansted.

This route doesn't exist. You would be better off taking the train.

Take the train, this would also be better for the environment!
