Sure... ashes to ashes, dust to dust... we're all a part of the same physical universe and we all share atoms... why not?
Do you have any photos on-line of your misfortune? I've been a long time admirer of sharks and think they are beautiful... one of my dreams is to dive with Great Whites (in a shark cage... I'm a sissy when it comes to that).
I have had Mako shark and it was indeed quite good. However, Stingray was even better, roasted on a campfire!

you would be shock the last thing you would think of is having dinner
if you survive and if the shark was cought and the leg was digested ,you could eat the shark out of revenge ,symbolically having your leg back

Sorry to hear about your leg. It's unlikely that you'll run across the same great white that took it...they cover hundreds of miles of ocean a day.
Sharks are tasty. Some may say that they're 'full of mercury,' but I think it's rubbish mostly. Enjoy them marinated and cooked on the barbie...delicious!
