I was in Colombia last month and my girlfriend and her friends could careless about what is going on with "W". What you see on the media is blown out of proportion 10 times fold. All the people you see on TV protesting are organized groups that travel from far places to voice their opinion. They mey talk crap about the USA and Bush but not much is said when they are receiving humanitarian aid. Never slap the hand that feeds.

Because there are many similarities between the two.

Both have / had master race tendencies.

Both have / had secret prisons where they lock up the "enemies."

Both were elected in a democratic election.

Both have unjustly attacked a self sustaining foreign country.

Both claimed they wanted nothing but peace.

Both undermined the people of their respective countries wishes.

Both slandered and mocked those who speak out.

Both have a vendetta against another religion.

The list really goes on forever.

Bush is soundly hated around the world. People speak of him in such derogatory terms because he scares them. Hitler was one scary guy and the comparisons get made. I personally don't think he's a thing like Hitler, but I get the visceral connection.

What is wrong with you that as a citizen of this country you don't feel any outrage another country would say that about us?? I mean if someone came up to you and said your mama was ugly you'd be insulted. Same difference. You don't have to like Bush but you should have some respect for yourself for your country.

it might have something to do with that unprovoked pre emptive attack on a weak (but oil rich) country and those photos of our soldiers torturing people in Abu Ghriab. plus the fact that "enemy combatants" have no legal rights, that the Geneva Conventions have been willfully violated and with the redefinition by the Bush admin of what constitutes torture, torture is now legal in US military prisons.

oh yeah. let's not forget the secret renditions to "allied" countries that also employ torture .

Becuase he is trying to force his beliefs of democracy and Christianity on everyone, just like Hitler tried to force his beliefs of a superios race on all of the world.

Because thanks to the US they never had to suffer directly what Hitler would do to "inferior" races and since large groups are illiterate they form their ideas in the typical leftist way....baaaaa baaaa baaaa!
