is it legal to run a homebased blind auction in the united states, like the one they advertise for charities where the "highest unique bid wins"?

i cannot see how it would be illegal (but you should ask your city hall about any rules in place, and check with your neighborhood association too) if you pay your taxes to UNCLE SAM. if you pay taxes, usually, every endeavor is considered legal. just don't blind auction any drugs, mon! LOL.

good luck!

It's legal to have auctions, but you'd want to be willing to post the final bids to demonstrate that you're being honest.
