Private bed and bath.

I've been single for 4 years. Should I move in with my best male buddy? Perhaps we can help each other find girlfriends, and if it doesn't work out, chill out, drink beer and play computer games.

Good idea or bad idea?

Has your best male buddy also been in a similar drought? If so, I think you'll sit around chilling out, drinking beer, and playing computer games together. Maybe you'll find you have a special attraction to each other, what with so many things in common!

Get a life. If you're going to meet a girl compatible with yourself you've got to do it on your own. Get out on your own, dude. And stop chilling out, drinking beer, and playing computer games. These are not traits most women, or men, find attractive.

The advantages are that it is waaay cheaper, and there is a chance that it will improve your social life. The drawbacks are that your social life (or your room mate's) could start interfering with your job or school (if you go). Also, when you live with someone, you see a side of them that even as best friends, you didn't see before. There's a possibility that moving in will drive you and/or your roommate nuts and destroy your friendship. you also have to have the same type of schedule or respect eachother's schedules. If one guy works early and the other late, there could be some aggravation due to lack of sleep. Also, bills have to be paid, and some room mates don't pull their own weight. Maybe one of you looses a job, and instead of looking for a new one, just sits around throwing pizza crust on the floor and playing X-box in nothing but underwear and you walk in with your mom to show her the apartment and his response is "Oh, hey Mrs. So n so" as he reaches down to scratch his balls and wipes the Cheeto crumbs on his hairy potbelly. It could be a good move, or a bad one. It all depends on how well you work as room mates.

A lllllllllliiiiiiiiiittttttttttttttttllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeee to close. Best friends are good enough. The only advantage of a roomate is never being alone, but that get's irritating, along with the fact that they steal.

If he's your best buddy, then yeah it'll probably be a blast. The private bed and bath is a plus. Also you can cut costs by sharing living expenses.

Well, although it is two MALES(no offence) you don't have to pay so much rent. You [yes] would have to share rooms in the household(apartment) but it will be great to have someone there. You never know, he could just maybe help you with something because you two will get closer.

It all depends on how much privacy you want vs. how much money you want to save. Do a pros and cons list and you might find your answer.
