x^2>=95
The smallest perfect square greater than 95 is 100
Therefore
x^2=100
x=10

x^2 ≥ 95
9^2 = 81 < 95
10^2 = 100 > 95
There is no positive integer smaller than 10 which fits the condition.

9^2 = 81
10^2 = 100

Least positive Integer => 100 when squared is 10.
