I wanted to know if the 2009 Camaro was still a concept. I have heard rumors that it is not a concept anymore.

That is correct; it is no longer a "concept". The car will go on sale late in 2008 as a regular production vehicle.

It's not supposed to be. But the general opinion is that the body style still needs some more refining. There is also concerns on the price. Now with Mustang sales down and the problems GM is having,I would not bet on the car ever making it to production.

It's still a concept. I read an ad this morning for a dealer taking preorder down payments now in case it really goes into production

No its not just a concept anymore. It is going to be a production car.

you gotta figure GM would want to keep up with Ford's Mustang, right?
