I put in a new battery today. but when i try to start it it just turn over does anyone have any ideas on how to get it started?

i added new fuel, but when i start it it just makes a clicking sound, as to towing the back wheels need new ball bearing and breaks.

check the battery and alternator along with the plugs

Try flushing the fuel lines thoroughly, add fresh gas. Also, check the fuel filter. Make sure the antifreeze and or collant is fresh; also change the oil and filter. Check the air filter element and replace it as necessary. Fresh spark plugs won't hurt. Then, if it still won't start, have it towed to a mechanic and have him get it going!!

You may need to use jumper leads to get started, as it hasn't been running for so long there is nothing to charge the battery...Have you also tried checking if you have fuel?

Or just sell it. Vehicles that have been left untouched for a couple of years are bad. i bought a 1994 protege DX automatic that has been left in a womans house for years after her husband died. Was in excellent condition and the price was cheap.

Now I regret it, will be selling it sometime later for a Turbo 2 rx7.

check to see if its getting fuel and or spark
