maybe a pinched nerve, or its just part of growing up? do you know how to take a pedal pulse? or just asses circulation in your foot, squeeze your toe nail, it will turn white, if it doesnt become pink again within 3 seconds then go to the hospital.

Apple, if you have numbness and coldness (and the other leg is not as cold) you need to take these symptoms very seriously. The most dangerous possibility is a blood clot - and they can happen at your age (especially in women). Please see your doctor ASAP - better to be safe than sorry!
Best wishes and good luck.

That wouldn't be a symptom of a heart problem so don't worry. Try a hot bath or shower. If you have the same thing tomorrow, see your school nurse. Good luck.

Get it checked out but it very likely could be bad back habits. Check your sleeping conditions, some light exercise but get it checked first as exercise on your own agenda might make things worse. Swimming is usually good as its low impact and symetrical. May take a while to get the back muscles back to normal.
