Is this definitely from Paypal or could it be a scam email pretending to be from Paypal? There are are a lot of these phishing scam emails going around.
Note that the following message is not correct, Paypal is not involved, it is somebody pretending to be Paypal.

It sounds like some kind of scam. Farward it to spoof@paypal.com. They will tell you if its a fraud. Basically if you didn't order it then its usually a scam from someone pretending to be paypal. Sounds like that's what happened to one of the answerers below.

it is a program where paypal steals peoples identities. i had to change my checking and savings accounts because of them.
