Sit: upo, or better yet:

Umupo ka (for a younger person);
Umupo kayo (plural form);
Umupo po kayo (for an older person, or person in authority).

Relax: pahinga muna (rest first).

Magpahinga ka muna (spoken to an equal or younger person);
Magpahinga muna kayo (plural);
Magpahinga po muna kayo (addressed to an elder or person in authority).

Sit: Maupo ka.
Upo po kayo. (when you request ..politely..especially to someone older than you_

Relax: Kalamayin mo loob mo. (calm down)
Magpanhinga ka. (take a rest)
Huwag mong masyadong dibdibin. (don't take things so seriously)

Relax has so many meanings..it depends really on the context. What I have given are but some samples. Good luck.
