Technically he is elligible to play in the 2007 season. His suspension was for only a year.

The problem is, is that he is medically prescribed Marijuana for his Social Anxiety Disorder. He was using Paxil, but it was a source for many side effects for him. Therefore opting to use marijuana.

According to a source he plans to play for the Dolphins this season and is clean.
