no, ludacris often "samples" other rappers songs and lyrics most notably pac and bigs
for example Grew Up A Screw Up and Runaway Love
grew up a screw up made bob sicks, he literally stole his entire part in that song from bigs lines, even the name of that song is stole from bigs verse in Runnin(Dying to Live) and big is used as the chorus. runaway love, ludacris basically rewrote brendas got a baby using the same themes except making it more centered around girls having problems in and then running away instead of just centering around the problems.
Grew Up A Screw up mostly stole lines from big in Running Dying to Live, with a few lines from a couple other songs and a couple other themes from other songs.
Runaway Love- is heavily based off of Brendas got a baby.
