accidently formatted m y windos on Acer aspire 3630.now e-recovery not visible.backup cd is corrupt.what to do

Contact ACER and get a new set of restore cds? Or you can "borrow" an XP cd from a friend or foe. As long as you have the Sticker with the installation code you should be able to reinstall the OS. You can then go over to Acers website and download all the drivers.
