looking for a knifty knitter pattern for hand/arm warmers?

knitty gritty had a few, go on diynetwork.com, the one i especially liked was in the fibonacci knitting segment, really easy, the only complicated bit was using a provisional cast-on.
I think Knitty.com also has some, and i am pretty sure that the magazine knit 1 has had wrist warmers in just about every issue.
