Absolutely, I contend this is a "state of mind". Example, I saw Bendy Irwin on a talk show recently and as we all know that family has just suffered the loss of her dad and yet when the hostess asked her why she was smiling the child answered "I am the luckiest girl in the world". In other words, if you are able to see the world as a "half full glass" then you will often feel as if you have "hit the jackpot". Everything is a matter of perspective and if your perspective is a positive one you will repeatedly hit the jackpot and if your perspective is a negative one then that fabulous feeling that you have hit the jackpot will elude you forever.

Yes, yesterday someone unexpectedly apologized to me for a disagreement and then I found out that I was awarded $5000 for a bonus at work. Jackpot!!! (The apology was the best part.)
