You deserve to feel guilty. You are guilty.

If you were such a good friend, you wouldn't of got involved with him, HE'S MARRIED!! In other words, OFF LIMITS! I'm sorry, you deserve to feel guilty, what you did was wrong...not saying that he was right in doing it, but you as a woman should of said NO. The feelings of guilt won't go away until you do something about them, like coming clean to the wife. It's the only way for closure!

Good luck

Well, no doubt what you did was wrong. I think the only way is to be honest with her. I know this sounds like a totally lame suggestion, but I honestly think that its the right thing to do and the only way to rid you of your guilt. The wife may be furious, but its deep down inside I know she would appreciate the honesty, even though she may not show it. You should get with her husband and tell her together. However, if you prefer living with guilt for God-knows how long, be my guest.

i was actually in the same situation a few months back... except then, i was the 3rd party. ie, my girlfriend had slept with this guy a few years before, but now they're friends.

oddly enough, when me and my girl broke up, that other guy and i became even better friends.

i guess the only thing that you can do now is to just not think about it... unless you had sex with the guy AFTER they got married, which is a definite nono.

in which case you're never to get over the guilt feelings unless you confront it and talk to her.

but like i said, just forget about it - and DONT DO IT AGAIN.

Well, was he with her when you used to have sex with him? If that is the case, you'll probably always feel guilt but don't forget he shares that guilt and he has to live with her! If this all happened before they were married, there is certainly nothing to feel guilt about.

Are u married as well or not?? not that that really matters.

The only way to ease some of ur conscience is to tell her the truth. Though this gesture will ease ur conscience, it may not ease the guilt.

U have committed a sin, &with every sin there is a consequence. Deal with urs.

unfortunately there is no cure for guilt rather than confession t the person whom you have wronged, whatever it may be you have to face the consequences of the choices you made in the past

If it was before the two of them even knew each other I guess there's nothing to feel bad about but I can see where you would feel guilty though. But if you messed w/ him AFTER he was married to your friend, then you are DEAD A$$ wrong honey! lol
