Is it because you are pregnant?
that can make you very emotional
try walk away when you get cranky & be by yourself til you calm down

Yes, us women get that a lot! I catch myself almost always having a serious face, due to the stress in my life, and how even if I am in a good mood people think I'm in a bad mood, that triggers my brain to go do it's thing, when I am very normal at the moment. It is not good for people to always assume, guess, not think before they open the mouth, or act as if they have a stiff one up you know what. I cant stand self centered people, on the road in stores, I respect them people just wish they would think, and have some feelings as far as knowing that it would be nice to see f-up people for once shake off the s*** on them! Then women wont be on a power trip half the time!

If you get them very easy and it causes you a lot of sadness. Or if you feel you get mood swings more often than not, and you have times where you feel extremely happy or sad.......then Im sorry to tell you but you may have a mental disorder. ALso, the fact that you said it is hard to make you happy...is also an indication of a mental disorder!! do a bipolar assessment online...
But mental disorders are not the end of the world...it just gives it a name so you can get treated with medication and therapy.
