T-Mobile SIM cards hold up to 250 phone numbers.

As for phone memory, there is usally an option in your settings that allows you to check the memory status, and that will tell you. Or you could just call customer care (the easy way out).

Should be in the manual for the number of entries in the phone, but the card depends on how large it is. if he SIM card is big enough, it will hold a couple thousand I think. If you have that many people you talk to you're more popular that most.

The easiest way is to check your user manual or go the manufactors website and look up the model. Typically any new phone will hold a minimum of 500 contacts.
