If you are seeking advice on specific sections of your paper, that might be okay, but if you are hoping someone will do your work for you so that you can turn it in as your own effort, that is not okay.

And it is unethical and may get you into serious trouble for academic dishonesty. Do your own work to the best of your ability and earn the grade you will receive for doing so. If you are having difficulties with writing, many campuses have tutoring or writing centers where you can go to get some assistance. But they aren't going to do your work for you either.
