Nokia E90. ~$1000 but not yet released.

I'm using HP IPAQ rw6815. This device includes PDA with Windows Mobile 5.0, 2 MP cam, Wi-Fi, and GSM module. The dimensions are pretty small like standard smartphone such Nokia.

cingular new 8525 2.0 mp camera with flash and video or ericsson p990i 2.0mp with flash and video..

dont know of pda more than 2.0 mp that is out already.

i know nokia n93 is 3.2 mp also the ericsson 790i and k800i.. but they are not pda..
