Did anyone else hear about this story?

Question

I was listening to the radio and very briefly heard something ab jay z and beyonce not being together anymore and about him having a kid w/ some trini girl...I know there might be rumors and made up stuff mixed in with the real story but did anybody else hear ab this and what is the full story that you heard?

Btw, Trini is a word used to describe someone from Trinidad...you know,one of the many islands of the Caribbean?!

Well, here are a couple of gossip columns with the rumors. You judge for yourself whether or not they are credible:

"The rumor mill with this dude is out of control. First, he and Yonky aren’t together anymore or are taking a break, then reports on his “baby momma” are suddenly revealed.

Apparently, Jay-Z paid gorgeous trinidadian model Shenelle Scott $1 million bucks to keep his name off “their son’s” birth certificate. Shenelle, who is currently dating Lil Fizz, was discovered by Jigga in Trinidad while he filmed his 1998 ‘Big Pimpin’ video.

I’ll let you all draw your own conclusions because I don’t see Jay-Z giving up a mil even if he was claiming the baby. I’m sure he’ll be in the studio soon to spit something out of this rumor"

Turns out the Jiggaman is not immune from the baby mama saga that often plagues music stars. A young Trinidadian model known as Shenelle Scott claims to have a secret love child for Jay-Z. The model, who met Jay at the 2000 video shoot for "Big Pimpin'," posted photos of lil' Jay-Z on her site but later removed them. According to the grapevine, she was allegedly paid $1 million to keep Hov's name off their son's birth certificate. Why she's now decided to go public is anyone's guess.

i havent heard about this particular but my whole family is from brooklyn and there have been rumors of supposed baby mommas of Jay-Z's for years. my cousin is an ex-fling of his and she said she honestly doesnt know if he has any kids she has always heard rumors. But I do know he pays the living expenses of several young ladies (including her townhouse for 2 yrs). so if he does have a baby momma (and im sure he does, we just dont know who) she has no reason to go public cuz he takes good care of his "boo's". but she and him broke up in '02. i dont get anymore direct credible gossip. sorry.
