I bought my son a ZenVision M for christmas and yesterday the thing just stop working. It does not turn on at all. We charged the battery and nothing. Can somebody please help. We pushed the reset button already thinking this would work but it didn't. I don't know what else to do.

Axel C is a moron, the Vision M is a great mp3 player. It has better video resolution than the ipod video and it has better sound quality. Not to mention the transferability of mp3s doesn't require itunes. Seriously, when will you no-creativity, follow the crowd, bandwagoners stop... By the way, the 30g ipod and the 30g vision m are about the same price.

DONT LISTEN TO AXEL C, ipods suck, they break and barely offer any features and little formats, anyways, u said christmas, did u by chance leave it somewhere where it could get cold, because the zens break really really easy in heat related conditions

What happens is that if you buy cheap stuff like a zen instead of an ipod you will end up paying a hole lot more. Buy him an ipod Video.
