Last summer I was stupid and tried to push a 1 ton riding mower and hurt my shoulder. Ever since my shoulder seems to pop whenever I lift something or move it backwards or lift my arm up. It 's really painful but my arm doesnt go numb or anything. can anyone tell me what i did to it?

Sounds like rotator cuff syndrome, Putted ligaments in shoulder. You have to see a doctor to be sure and maybe he will give you something to take for the pain and maybe if bad enough give you a cortisone injection. But ready do need to see a doctor if it bothers you that much.

That should be PULLED ligaments!!!
