Either you are really dumb or you are a young child. If the latter, why are chidren mixed in with adults on yahoo answers, because some answers and questions in here can be mature sometimes. I don't know what a panis is, but I know what a penis is since I own one. Vegina sounds some kind of vegetable or something. Vagina is a ladies reproductive organ. So there's your answer sparky.

Sheesh! Thank you for the good laugh!
A vegina is like a pitted olive and the panis is like the pimento that stuffs the olive.
-or-if you prefer...
In the hierarchy of vegetables, from the Latin, the vegina is a queen and the panis is only a lord.
FYI the letters E and A are not interchangeable.

The penis (plural penises, penes) is an external male sexual organ. The penis is the male reproductive organ and for mammals additionally serves as the external male organ of urination.
The vagina, (from Latin, literally "sheath" or "scabbard" ) is the tubular tract leading from the uterus to the exterior of the body in female placental mammals and marsupials, or to the cloaca in female birds, monotremes, and some reptiles. Female insects and other invertebrates also have a vagina, which is the terminal part of the oviduct. The Latinate plural (rarely used in English) is vaginae.
In common speech, the term "vagina" is often used inaccurately to refer to the vulva or female genitals generally; strictly speaking, the vagina is a specific internal structure and the vulva is the exterior genitalia only.
