Try using Alta Vista's Babelfish site (http://babelfish.altavista.com/). Just be aware that it's a VERY literal translation, which means that idioms often don't make a lot of sense when translated word-for-word into English (or vice versa, for that matter...!).

Yeah! Cut and copy all the foreign text - stick it in one of those translator engines that certain online dictionarys have and press the return key - simple - did something similar with one a few weeks ago - here you are I'm feeling generous:-

your languauge setting are accessed through the regional and language settings in the control panel. l click start, l click control panel, l click regional and language settings and there will be a drop down menu that will let you choose english.
