I and my friends share Internet over the LAN. The problem is they always block some TCP\IP ports, so that sometimes I cann't download file or the worst is I cann't online.
Is there any solutions?

Being on a LAN, you are either at school or at work. Neither is acceptable for them to block, unless they are the system administrators of the site.

Networking and tell your friends leave it open. Setup an computer to the net and use this a software or hardware firewall and let that computer doing the filter and not their computers.

depending on who "they" are you are most likely not going to prevent someone from blocking your ip address. Your best option is to figure out why your being blocked and stop that.
