how can you get an internship with major media corporation such as BBC, Al-Jazeera? where do you start?

i am interested in journalism and mass communication. so how do you get a fixed job with these leading corporations?

Go to college and get a degree in journalism or a related field and then apply. They are looking for professionals and not really in the business of training raw recruits.

search the internet, get their contact info, contact them and find out more about intern positions...what is required and so forth...you can then take it from there...
