delias.com or forever21.com. they're pretty good. forever 21 is my favorite though.

I'd think just going to a big department store like Jones or JC Penny would have a lot of nice dresses. You want to get something that can be used for other times too.

If you're graduating during the summer, I would suggest some pretty flowy summer dresses. There's some on Old Navy's site. Hoped I helped!
