What accounts for the price diffs between these two HP LP2465 LCDs ?

I found them on techonweb:

Their prices are about ~$150 apart.

I'm kinda baffled...

If you've actually read the specs, you'd realize that the more expensive one has 1) DVI and VGA input and 2) has a USB hub built into the base.
