Does the building/dwelling across from you have a third floor, so that they have a clear view of you. I certainly would close my curtains, too many pervs out there with binoculars , or maybe i just watch too much t.v.

Yes, it's bad fung shui! Close your curtains, close all wardrobe doors and don't have a TV facing you (even if it's off).Sweet dreams!
