Ok well...you are thr right hight. I'm a model, and my agency is always telling me to lose weight, even if I'm already skinny. They will probably tell you the same.

Now, there are two different kinds of models:

Runway models, considered the best, most worshipped and respected models: you don't just have to be classically pretty like those bimbos you see on TV who all look the same, you have to be VERY unique and edgy. A lot of models are actually quite ugly looking, but they have unique features and waif like figures...you'll see this a lot of you go to runway shows. Some of them having extremely strong, masculine features and thick eyebrows...but something just draws you to their face. They are often STICK THIN...and very flat chested.

Commercial/Magazine model: Commercial models are supposed to have regular beauty...perfect, cymmetrical features...not as skinny as run way models, but still slender. More of a chest.

Just because you are pretty does not mean you will instantly become a model, modeling agencies and designers often have a specfic vision or creation they want to make on a person, and if you dont fit that criteria, even if you are pretty, you wont be chosen.

So just keep trying, eventually you may find a modeling agency that you will fit what they are looking for.

****Also, I just looked at your answers and you answered and question EXACTLY like this one word for word, wtf?

Honestly, I really can't answer this question since I haven't seen your pic. But I think you should submit your pictures to prestigious modeling agencies and wait for a feedback...if you didn't get one then you're look is not "in" currently. The fashion world is constantly changing. I'd say hit the gym and tone a little bit to lose the round face and fat. But here's an advice..beware of those modelling agencies who are too "sugary"...if they keep on complementing you and want you to sign with them by paying 'x' amount then it's a scam.

man, it really depends. am i just supposed to take it at face value that you look good? there are other considerations, e.g. whether your face is symmetrical, if you have a big nose, what your body type is. you are too big to be a runway model most likely, but you could maybe do commercial work, esp. if you have an athletic body. try to find an agent or go to casting calls - you'll be able to figure it out after a few of those. but without any pictures to see what you actually look like, who can tell?

If you really work hard at it, you'll be a model yet. You know, not all models are anorexic. There are "Plus size" models. (No attempt at rudeness here, I'm not like that, but you should know that not all models are super skinny.) Besides, you're taller than my 5'8 165lb frame.

lose seven pounds and wait to be discovered if you hope to be the respected, envied runway model that the "best" girl was talking about; remember it's not too chic to cast "too american" looking models nowadays. i cant remember if it was versace or what but some fashion house denied lindsay lohan cause she was too american looking. lesser known miu miu ended up booking her instead. good luck!

damn thats descriptive!
you'd have to be a bit taller to be a male model.
but other than that just send in some pictures to agencies and see who responds.
you can probably land a commercial though. good luck!
