To place Active@ KillDisk Pro onto a floppy disk type the following at the command prompt:
COPY G:\KILLDISK.EXE A:
COPY G:\DOS4GW.EXE A:
The above assumes that the G:\ drive is the bootable CD-ROM drive and the A:\ drive is the floppy disk drive.

Usually if you want to tune the BIOS values, you have to pres "esc" or "F12" during the startup (where you see the amount of memory and so on). Be carefull though.
If you want to update your BIOS, software exist that can update it directly from windows, the safest way to do a BIOS upgrade (flash) is to go to ou mainboard manufacturer's website and download the needed tools.
Be sure that you are electrically safe, if your comp is turned off while flashing, you can say good bye to your mainboard...
Since I see there is a lot of warnings I will give you a hint :
Modify anything you want, for you can always go back to the default values. BUT, if you don't know FOR SURE what you are doing, DON'T touch these :
- Cpu setting (especially the voltage, you can toast it)
- IO settings
- Anything with "frequency" or "voltage" in it (toeasting ahead)
- The CAS, RAS, RAS to CAS settings of your memory.
Also, even if you mess up and can't get to start you comp, look in the handling book of your mainboard for the "reset bios" trick, you'll have to open you machine, but it will fix everything execpt if you've toasted something

Check your manufacturer's website. They often have downloads of updated BIOS versions, as well as tools that will allow you to upload or download your BIOS.
But don't expect to be able to write your own BIOS... your version might not work, since you don't know the secrets that make your motherboard unique.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

Quick Answer: No. There are too many versions and manufacturers for this to be feasible.
Long Answer: Yes. The IBM (now known as Lenovo) ThinkPad has such a utility. Most areas of the BIOS can be touched through the utilities...
I hop this helps

I also would not recommend going into the bios
you can go into the bios by repetidly tapping the Del, or, F1 key. The key depends on the computer, usually with newer ones it will be the Del key.
But you better know what your doing before going into there cause it is basicly the settings for your whole computer

I agree with Danuitti and would like to add, one slip of the data and your PC is kaput! You wont be able to get it to even boot to the bios!
