Search Tour operators and travel agents in google r yahoo of ur targeted country send them ur profiles and contact them to sign an agreement.
get Yeloow pages and contact details of travel assocations of respective countiries provide them all of ur detials Tourist attraction in India tourist season and ur price for Group tours.
They can sell there on ur behalf.
Also try to participate any Toursim events arranged by Indian tourisim Board.
Contact www.tripadvisor.com to promote ur servies.

i went to bombay, agra, dehli and bagalore 2 years ago. i first hated india because of the food and drivers take u wherever they want but the place u told them. but then i loved it and i gotta go back. one suggestion: advertise in the latin countries (latin america) as incomes are rising therefore the need to spend. its not the chinese or indian middle class, billions of people, but u have like 300 million people here to seduce!
