How do you check the ammount of graphics card present in my motherboard?

I have asus motherboard p5ld2 vm but i am not sure of what type of graphics card is inbuilt is it intel 900 or intel 950. I want to know how much graphics memory is present . Is there some software to check the ammount of graphics memory please let me know the earliest.
