Does anybody know why naruto episodes skipped Mar.8 and Mar.22?is the show being released on a 14day timeframe

Naruto Shippuuden will skip this week next show will be on mar15 and the next 1 hr special will be on mar29??

they (tv tokyo) thinking that it would be good if naruto aired once every 2 weeks for 1 hour compare to a half hour every week
