Is it wrong to keep a secret from my boyfriend? I was born a guy and went through a sex change operation. I seriously felt that I am in the wrong body. Now that I am a girl, I have a really great boyfriend that I love. He loves me too. We are both 28 years old. We've been together for at least 5 years already. Is it wrong to keep that secret from him?

I think so. You're not a real woman. Just because you had a sex change, doesn't make you a woman. There are also moral issues involved. You never let your boyfriend decide for himself, you decided for him. This is an awful situation. I would hate to be in his shoes. It is very wrong what you did. You have deceived him.

yeah you probably should. you don't want him to go crazy and kill you. plus, how would you like it if he told you he was really born a girl? that's not a small detail you leave out.

Yes, it is wrong, I think you should tell him. Whether he accepts it or not, it's his right to know. But if he really loves you he might.
