For a male a perfect body would be the Hayden Christensen body , lean and muscular not bulky. I hate the beefcake look.
For a female the best body is Adriana Lima's.

Don't know, I've never seen a perfect body but I've seen a few men's I'd like to take home with me for a while!!!! I'm more interested in other things long term.

She is about 5'7" to 5"9', athletic build. A little bit of definition in the arms and legs (sorta like Angela Basset). I nice healthy handful of breast (anything more than that just goes to waste) Two hands worth of booty.
Slender neck line with shoulders swept back (good posture, no scoliosis). Slim waist and wide hips. Small, dexterious hands and feet.
All that wrapped in a silky smooth, black, blemishless complexion.

My husband. He is an old, gray haired biker and his body ain't what it used to be but he is still HOT to me!!! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
