My younger sister is 13 and said that this 14 year old boy came in the girls restroom while she waz the only one in there, she says that he locked the door and fought her to the floor. She says that he took her shirt and bra of and then the rest of her clothes then she said she just let herself be saying she knew she couldn't do anything,then she said he touched her and kissed her all over, and then he put a condom on and i dont know if u would call it rape..but he did that to her then she said he kept touching her after that then whispered disgusting stuff in her ear,and said that he would kill her if he metioned this to anyone. she said she never told anyone but me and said that not to tell our parents cause they might think she did it on purpose, but i dont know what to do....please help!!!!!!!!

if she did'nt want it...it was rape. All rape victims fear that they won't be believed...she needs to talk to someone...as do u. I know as a former victim that it's not something you get over easily...forget that boy...it is about her...he touched her unwanted...Talk to a councler...they can't say much by law. Sorry u have to go through this. I wish u the best

This is definitely RAPE!
Your sister needs to talk to a school counselor or to call a RAPE hotline. She needs to be tested for HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases. Remember though that an accusation of rape is very serious and if it truly was without her consent then this boy could and probably will do it again and again. He needs to be stopped before someone gets hurt or killed. He needs help.
If your sister cannot talk to your parents then a counselor at a hospital emergency room or hotline can help her work out the best way to communicate with them .
Please urge her not to wait, she needs to be tested immediately and to make sure there is no chance of pregnancy.

you need to convince her it was not her fault and he did rape her ! She needs to contact the police before anymore evidence is washed or worn away . This SCUMBAG NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!. He will be in jail awaiting trial and no way can he get to her!
