There is a function on your cell that allows you block your number. But without knowing your cell brand I wouldn't know how to really help you. You'll have to read your booklet. Good Luck!

There is a device, which I wish I had, that automatically recognizes various telemarketers who like to phone you around dinner or supper time! *67 will work for some numbers, but a lot of these others- well, they somehow still manage to get through anyway! You can also call your phone company and pay a little extra for an unlisted number which can help too- I have this service, and I still get some annoying calls too! Try and research this device I'm talking about if these people are getting really annoying!

Not sure if this is specific to region, but here you can press *67 before you dial a call and it will not show up. If it's a cell phone you can also have your carrier set it so that your number does not show up with outgoing calls.
