Per most scientific sexual research dating back to Masters and Johnson, and beyond the Kinsley Report. Human behaviour is essential a bell curve. That is the numbers of persons involved in a behavour tend to live in the central part of the behavour with the fewest numbers in the extremes. Considering sexuality-this would place hetrosexuality and homosexuality at polar opposites of the curve, the bulk of the population would lie in the central area-which is bi-sexuality. Most don't practice bi-sexuality, even though they are able to perform in a bi-sexual manner. There are societal prohibitions regarding this and so forth. Biologically, bi-sexuality is the norm, with hetrosexuality and homosexuality lying in the extremes and practiced exclusively by a relative small number. Something like about 10% of the population in each extreme. The basic defination is the ability to function in a sexual manner with either sex, based on this defination. You can see that the majority of persons are capable-just might not prefer it.

No more so than hetero-sexism or homosexualism. Sexuality is as individualized as people. Just like most people assume there is just two genders when there is female male and a few different combinations of those. Like a female with a double y or a male with the x. Nothing is really normal and those that must have these concrete definitions are usually quite shocked to find out that nothing is that neat and accountable.

It depends on how you look at it, it is not abnormal for anyone to be bisexual in our society anymore unfortunately. But if you look at the physical, psychological, natural, and moral aspect of this lifestyle it is very abnormal, and for many reasons to list, like the ones I already have.

Now if you're educated ( I mean actually, not academically ) one would understand that this lifestyle does not produce long term psychological, physical, and emotional fulfilling relationships.

If one is of the ignorant mindset that you're a mass of atoms and not created for a purpose ( i.e., evolutionists ), then one would say a bisexual is retarded in a sense, and weak. Because remember natural selection, is the strong will survive, and copulating 50% of the time with the same sex will not yield any offspring, then per evolutionary standpoint, you are not the strong and your genes will not carry on for very long.

But all the same, evolution is ignorant, void of fact, science is based off observation, not faith. I say this, because many people use this excuse to try and validate their feelings.

I am not saying that bisexuals are retarded, but that their bisexual feelings is retarded in the true sense of the word, there are lots of feelings people have and can act on if they want, but just because they have the feelings does not make them homosexual, bisexual, etc.

I have gotten so angry at people before as we all have, but I did not kill them, maybe my thoughts and emotions told me I wanted to, but I never truthfully considered it. I would have only became a murderer if I would have killed, I wan't a killer for having the thoughts, it's the same with bisexuality.

You can act on it, but it's just an emotion or desire, and not one that will provide any longstanding fulfillment or happiness, unlike the natural God given desires one has for the opposite sex, which in the proper context will yield all the positive things that love between two people can produce.

it's not 'normal' in the sense that most people don't consider themselves bisexual.

personally I think the whole hetero/bi/homo thing is bunk. sexuality exists on a sliding scale like everything else. it's not black and white - it's shades of grey. everyone is bi- hetero- and homo- sexual to some extent - even if they don't admit it.

but still. in the real world, bisexually is are 'abnormal' because the majority of people don't think of themselves that way. that's what 'abnormal' means.

Yes. No. Maybe. Yes. What was the question again? No. Maybe. Yes. I'm really not sure. Do you think bisexuality might be a clear indication of someone who has trouble making decisions on their own?

I dont think it's weird, but from a scientific point of view it seems like an abnormality just cuz we're designed to do the opposite sex. I dont think it's wrong tho.

its not an abnormality for bisexuals, but it would be for someone who is committed to just one gender.
