i have 1 small white dot on the tip of my tongue...it hurts so badly like i bit it or something but i didnt..what could it be?

you had something with too much citric acid, I"ll bet.
if you want a temp fix, you can either dab it with some anbesol/orajel OR some Pepto. But it'll take a few days to go away.

Your taste bud ruptured. Don't worry you'll be fine and it will go away in a few days.
If it's really bothering you you can put an oral pain relief medicine on it. I'd recommend Ambysol (I think that's how you spell it) on it, you can buy Ambysol at pretty much any drug store. But beware it tastes really bad. :)
