Super simple. Put some tank water in a jar. Add to that a little crushed up lettuce or other leafy veggie. Leave it on the window sill for a few days and when the water is cloudy and milky looking, you have infusoria.

Start a new one every 4-5 days as the old one will get foul

I hope you mean betta fry.

Infusoria is simple, just take a couple leaves of lettuce and crumple them up. Put them in a jar of water and place it where the sun will shine on it for a couple of days. The cloudiness you see forming is the infusoria (tiny little animals).

Do this with 3-4 jars and you will not run out before the fry are big enough to take newly hatched brine shrimp.

There is also a powdered fry food for egglayers called Sera Micron. It comes in a yellow can and looks like green flour. Live food is best, but this will do in a pinch until you get the cultures going.

Good luck.

It's just like making sun tea. Put some shredded lettuce in a Mason jar with some tank water, cover it and leave it sitting on the back porch for couple of days. Next thing you know dinner is served.
