I installed this printer to my work computer. Paper feeds through when it starts up, software is installed correctly. I have powered up correctly, new cartridges, the lot. It won't calibrate because it loads up the print job, the power light flashes as if it intends to print, and instead it sits there and does nothing? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and done everything I can think of? Anyone else have this problem and been able to fix it?

You probably need to clear out you queue box. What happens if a print job is stored in queue box then it wont print i just keeps saving the jobs. So click on the icon on our righthand task bar to open the box and clear. Or use the cancel button on your printer.

Start
Control Panel
Printers and other hardware
View installed printers
Right click on your printer icon
Is there a check beside "use printer off line", or "pause printing"? If so, remove the check mark. Also remove all work from que. Hope this helps
