When your mercifully trying to merge into a lane, and somebody finally lets you in. Do you give them the 'thank you' wave or keep on driving?

i give them a peace sign or a courtesy wave.but sometimes when people are too kind all at once someone will cause an accident.like at a four corner.

most of the time yes. I try to be respectful and wave thank you, don't cut people off, etc. There have been a few ocassions where I've given the middle finger, but very few, and that's not too bad considering I'm a Jersey driver.

I always say thank you .
most of the time I let them merge in front of me I guy behind me get a bit pissy but oh well I just wave at him to.

I always wave hahaha sometimes more than once
it drives my hubby crazy!Like I'll wave once I see them slowing down then I wave when I get into the lane

I am a respectful driver. I usually give them the thank you wave.

Yes, I am a respectful driver but slow me down and I'll push you to move out of my way. I hate it when you do have the courtesy of letting some one in front of you and they go like 5 MPH. That's way rude.

I always give a thank you wave. And I let others in too. Road rage sucks.

I do say thank you, I let people in, and I don't engage in any obvious signs of road rage. The glass protects some people from hearing what I have to say about THEIR driving habits.
