Goats, sheep, and basically any rodent. I use to have a horse that would break out of his stall to go in my office and eat paperwork.

My kangaroos love paper! Especially the olderst one. She will eat any paper that she can get to. She even loves toilet paper.

most ruminants (cud chewers, like goats, sheep, cows) will munch on paper from time to time...
